STXI Motion is looking for a Quality Engineer with a passion for industrial automation. As a Quality Engineer at STXI Motion you will play a fundamental role in one the industry’s leading engineering teams in the field of drive technology and industrial automation. As part of a customer-focused organization, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Be the focal point of contact for customers and lead field service calls as well as customer complaints and investigations.
  • Be the focal point of contact to relevant regulatory standards labs such as CE, UL and TUV, and ensure the requirements are implemented throughout the quality management system of the company.
  • Ensure nonconformances/ deviations/ complaints are investigated and assessed for root cause identification, with effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
  • Interact and collaborate with other department such as Operations, Engineering, and R&D, to improve the company’s working processes.
  • Lead and perform internal and external audits to suppliers and subcontractors with preparation, improvements, summary and follow up.
  • Data collection and analysis: define the methods, monitor reports and present trends, make recommendations and follow up the action steps for change, maintenance and improvement. Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements:
  • B.Sc or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance as part of a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with UL, TUV regulatory standards – advantage
  • Experience with Priority ERP – advantage

In this position, you will be constructing and automating the test procedures of the software blocks of the company’s products. You will explore and recommend smart, creative, and efficient test procedures that will enhance the product quality and robustness before it is launched to the market.

This position involves the perfect combination of innovative thinking and complex problem solving alongside the hands-on influence on the software of our products. It is a unique opportunity to take an active part in a next-generation product development, and assure well-released, well-tested products.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Verify and validate STXI Motion products software, as part of a complex multidisciplinary system consisting of HW, SW, Algorithms, mechanics, etc.
  • Create automated test procedures that can enhance testing time and efficiency.
  • Operate a fieldbus master (CAN / ECAT) and run test programs on it.
  • Maintain and develop state of the art V&V flows, tools, and methodology.
  • Work together with the product and project development teams to define the correct test procedures that are needed to comply with the product specifications.
  • Report to development team leader.

As an Application Engineer you will work closely with one of the higher-skilled motion control and industrial automation teams in the industry. A team that never rests, that is 100% customer focused, and is all about finding the optimal sweet-spot of the motion application they are facing. You will be in the front-line of STXI Motion in Israel, providing technical support, implementing, and integrating new motion solutions for leading OEMs and machine builders, fulfilling a key growth pillar for the company.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist and support existing and potential customers and the company in the selection, application and commissioning of the products that provide the optimum solution for the customer’s machine and process applications.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the company’s motion control product lines.
  • Serve as the primary and focal technical point of contact to customers and internally to the sales and product teams, providing both on-site and remote support.
  • Providing technical training and seminars to customers, channel partners and the sales team.
  • Master the technical knowhow of the company’s products and technical support resources such as manuals, technical documentation, etc.
  • Implement and optimize product and system integration for specific customer applications, to fit customer requirements and needs.
  • Present new design proposals to the sales department based on customer analysis.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering – Must
  • Experience with programming – Must
  • Experience working with motion controllers, servo systems and control equipment – great advantage

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be identifying opportunities for leading OEMs and machine builders, implement better motion solutions that are specifically tailored and integrated to their application needs. Roles & responsibilities:
  • Actively research, identify, and pursuit new opportunities and key accounts.
  • Work closely with Application Engineers to identify new design opportunities along with representatives and distribution channels at selected accounts.
  • Accountable for executing assigned sales goals and sales plans.
  • Responsible for increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the industrial and distribution channels.
  • Effectively work and communicate with the sales channel and customers to facilitate conflict issues, service, credit or other sales related issues within company policy and practice.
  • Proactively work with the distribution channel focusing on training, joint target account efforts, and other sales needs as required.

  • 3+ years of experience in low voltage motion sales/applications (24/48V systems)
