servSD – Low Voltage Servo Drive


The servSD by STXI Motion is a ready-to-connect compact low voltage servo drive with an output current of up to 30A. Its small footprint enables space-saving and near-motor mounting, fitting easily within the tight space constraints of applications such as electronics assembly, medical devices, and AGVs/AMRs. Supporting common motor feedback types and STO functional safety, the servSD meets the full range of resolution and safe operation requirements from basic to highly dynamic applications.

CDHD2-LV – Low Voltage High Performance Servo Drives

The Servotronix CDHD2 servo drive family includes a series of low voltage servo drives rated at 20–90 VDC input power and up to 15 ARMS continues current. The CDHD2 LV drives offer the same robust mechanical design and high performance features as the CDHD2 VAC servo drives. The compact design enables space-saving and mounting near point-of-use, suitable for applications such as electronics assembly, medical devices, and mobile AGVs.

CDHD2 – High Performance Servo Drives

CDHD2 is the second generation of the CDHD servo drive family. It features ease of use and advanced control algorithms. The comprehensive feature set of the CDHD2 allows to build more accurate and more efficient machines.

CDHD2 current loop design achieves an industry leading frequency response of 3-5 kHz. Advanced autotuning reduces tracking error and settling time to almost zero, and an innovative anti-vibration algorithm eliminates mechanical resonance. CDHD2 supports virtually any motor, any feedback type, and any I/O requirement. It offers seamless commissioning through ServoStudio software or direct terminal access, with all–in-one tuning of current, velocity, and position control loops.

Rayon – Embedded Modules

Rayon Micro, Rayon Tiny, and Rayon Single-Board Embedded Modules are highly efficient and high power density low voltage drives, that can power up to 1000W. Easily integrated into any robotic or industrial application, these compact and lightweight modules enable OEMs to develop tailor-made multi-axis motion solutions.

The embedded modules can be easily integrated with peripheral components and proprietary hardware, providing OEMs the building blocks for a fast and efficient development of multi-axis motion systems.

Rayon – Harsh Environment

Rayon 70 and Rayon 300 are highly efficient drives that can power low voltage motors up to 12 kW. Designed to meet military standards, these drives are optimized to ensure durability in rugged equipment and harsh environments. Designed for compliance with MIL-STD-810, the Rayon 70
and Rayon 300 drives are resistant to extreme temperature, shock, vibration, and humidity conditions.
